Refund and Replacement policy 

  1. Purchases made from the online store of www.mamballys.com cannot be returned after purchase since this is a food item. We offer Refund or Replacement of products that might be damaged in transit or wrong order is delivered. Replacement orders are processed immediately after our customer support team validates the damage via communication over email or phone.
  2. Replacement Orders and Refunds will be processed only if the query is raised within 2 days of delivering the orders on info@mamballys.com. Any queries or concerns beyond 2 days from order delivery date will not be entertained.
  3. All refund amounts shall be credited to Buyer’s account.

Cancellation Policy 

  1. Any cancellations can be processed within 24 hours of placing the orders, by writing to us at info@mamballys.com. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Delivery/ Shipping Policy

  1. All the order placed at Mambally’s Royal Biscuit Factory through our website www.mamballys.com will be delivered anywhere between 1-14 days depending on the delivery location.
  2. We may use our own delivery channel or third-party delivery channel to deliver the orders.
  3. Delivery charges imposition/ removal/ change is subjective to changes time to time.
  4. Note: Delivery location- radius, city, time, charges are subjective to change time-to-time, as per Firm’s policy.
